Share Your Goals and We’ll Share our Knowledge.
It doesn’t matter what you want to achieve through fitness, at BPU we’ll find a way for you to get across the line. We don’t put timeframes on your goals, unless that is what you are determined to do. We would much rather see our clients look at exercise as a fundamental part of their weekly or daily routine. Our coaching methods are as much about physiology as they are about the psychology of exercise. We want to keep you active and we want to keep you enthusiastic. We want to provide programmes on your terms and that’s why we want you to talk to us about what you really want.

Staying fit is more than just skin deep. A healthier you is a better you. We know that when we are exercising, we are more productive, happier, more resilient and more focussed. As we get older, our bodies may not be able to withstand the same high impact routines as our younger selves, but that is no excuse to feel you’re unable to get stronger. Strength is imperative to fully functioning 40+ bodies. And no, it doesn’t have to be all lycra and grunts. Feeling good about yourself while being good to yourself is what we are all about.

So many people give up on the things they truly love doing because they don’t feel physically able to participate at the level they desire. We like to think at BPU that “Fitness is Freedom.” When you don’t have to worry about your level of fitness, you will find your world expand. No more excuses to friends, no more self-consciousness about the way you look. When you feel great you’ll be operating at full capacity.
